Net rent
The basic rental price is usually indicated in our listings as EUR per m². Multiplying this figure with the area gives the net or basic rent. Contracts use both m²-based as well as flat-rate rents.
Additional costs
The additional costs include operating costs and heating costs. Operating costs are reviewed annually, identified and charged. Increase or decrease in consumption is to be reimbursed in accordance with the contractors terms and conditions, the utility costs will then be adjusted.
Net ‘cold rent’ plus Additional costs give the total rent or gross figure.
19 % Value added tax (VAT) is usually charged additional to the total rent.
